Overview

Aryaka is leading the transformation of secure enterprise connectivity through its Unified SASE platform. As we scale globally, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Director to lead our Revenue Operations support across Sales and Customer Success. This strategic role ensures accurate order management, seamless operational support, and alignment across Finance, Legal, IT, and Go-to-Market teams.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor the Sales Operations team for best-in-class support.
  • Partner with Customer Success to streamline renewal workflows.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and GTM leadership to optimize sales processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for operations.
  • Drive adoption of sales tools and systems, including Salesforce.
  • Maintain centralized documentation of operational policies.
  • Deliver operational insights, KPIs, and dashboards for decision support.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, ideally in SaaS or cloud environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading operations teams.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and order management systems.
  • Experience with Customer Success and renewals.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional influence and process improvement.
