Project Manager - Oncology Development Programs - Remote

Overview

The position leads project management for 2-3 Development programs portfolio and supports assets establishing a plan from CCN to FIH and beyond. The role will be a player coach and will lead project management for a few programs and mentor and guide other junior colleagues on PM best practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 10+ years supporting drug development teams.
• Knowledge of oncology and drug development processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy.
• Must be eligible to work without VISA sponsorship.
