Overview

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, phone calls and sales chats from the Articulate website, ensuring a high-quality experience for prospects and customers.

In Short

  • Handle incoming leads and sales inquiries.
  • Qualify leads using the BANT Methodology.
  • Conduct scripted outbound sales activities.
  • Maintain communication paths during business hours.
  • Work cooperatively with other teams.
  • Answer basic customer questions.
  • Transfer complex inquiries to appropriate teams.
  • Track customer issues and needs.
  • Provide assistance on Articulate 360 and Rise.
  • Perform other sales support duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in sales support.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle high-volume activities.
  • Solid computer skills, especially with Salesforce.
  • Positive phone presence and communication skills.
  • Can-do attitude and independence.
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
