Overview

Join Arrow as a Project Manager! This position plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless transition of our customers from the sales process through engagement design, operational set up, and NPI through to production, ensuring timely revenue recognition and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In Short

• Leads complex cross-functional and global projects for Customer Onboardings and Business Transformation.
• Partners with NPI project managers and key stakeholders.
• Project planning and coordination of customer set-up tasks.
• Analyzes project proposals and customer requirements.
• Identifies and schedules project deliverables and milestones.
• Performs risk assessments and implements mitigation plans.
• Facilitates functional workstream discussions and regular cadence calls.
• Leads internal and external stakeholder management sessions.
• Stays up to date on emerging standards and new processes.
• Facilitates workshops related to discovery and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Project Management certification preferred (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2).
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Understanding of the end-to-end customer journey.
• Ability to adapt to new circumstances.
• Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
• Clear communication skills across various organizational levels.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in project management.
• Ability to solve complex problems and work independently.
• Provides guidance to less experienced colleagues.
