Overview

Leidos is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager to support the management of change and on contract growth within the Logistics, Commodities and Services Transformation (LCST) programme.

In Short

  • Develop comprehensive project plans for strategic growth opportunities.
  • Execute project plans ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Monitor project budgets and actuals.
  • Support quality management processes.
  • Generate regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements within Project Management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering projects.
  • Good interpersonal skills for dealing with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of business, finance, and people management techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in project management is a plus.
  • Positive mental attitude and self-starter.
  • Clearance requirements include BPSS pre-screening.
