The Strategic Account Manager EMEA position at SiliconExpert involves managing accounts to enhance customer relationships and drive revenue growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.

In Short

  • Manage accounts to ensure positive customer experience and revenue growth.
  • Handle renewals, relationship development, and training.
  • Consult and provide growth quotes to customers.
  • Track non-renewal and lost renewals.
  • Meet/exceed assigned renewal rate and retention targets.
  • Create selling opportunities through a sales plan.
  • Understand customer needs and decision-making hierarchy.
  • Conduct calls to develop new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams.
  • Conduct quarterly business review virtual visits with accounts.

Requirements

  • Previous Account Manager or Customer Service experience.
  • Software customer support experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and structured work style.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
