Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B2C/B2B Client Success roles.
• Proven track record of managing high-impact relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of account success.
• Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.
