Overview

The Vice President of Enterprise Client Success leads and scales a team of Enterprise Client Success Managers (ECSMs) responsible for Array’s most strategic and high-value accounts. This role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of enterprise client relationships, with a focus on retention, expansion, and measurable client impact.

In Short

  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of ECSMs.
  • Define and operationalize the enterprise client success strategy.
  • Oversee client health, retention, and expansion across $10M+ ARR relationships.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients.
  • Drive a disciplined approach to identifying and executing growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Deployment teams.
  • Establish feedback loops that translate client insights into improvements.
  • Implement scalable processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Instill a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C client success.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing large-scale client portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing client success organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Deep experience driving revenue growth through expansion strategies.
  • Operational rigor with the ability to implement scalable processes.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to connect client needs to strategy.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or credit-related industries preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward ownership and accountability.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work.
