Overview

As an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Wealth.com, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth by maintaining and growing relationships with key enterprise-level clients in a B2B2C customer model.

  • Facilitate frequent touchpoint meetings with clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce and ChurnZero.
  • Display great organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Adapt to working environments and team priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS software adoption and expansion.
  • Experience managing relationships with financial institutions.
  • Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue business models.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to map the customer journey.
  • Flexibility in responding to evolving business priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate across the organization.
  • Willingness to travel if needed.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
