Overview

Arootah is seeking a seasoned President to lead strategy and business development across its core segments, focusing on alternative investment and advisory services.

In Short

• Collaborate with COO and CEO to refine business goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand revenue sources.
• Provide leadership firm-wide, upholding company culture.
• Identify acquisitions and income-generation opportunities.
• Build and maintain external relationships for business growth.
• Represent the firm at events and approve key agreements.

Requirements

• Extensive senior management experience in a hedge fund environment.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and client engagement.
• Familiarity with consulting/advisory operations and SaaS.
• Success in developing profitable long-term strategies.
• Knowledge of corporate governance and risk oversight.
• Exceptional communication skills in various forums.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills.
• MBA or equivalent preferred; CPA or CFA a plus.
