In Short

• Conduct comprehensive operational due diligence reviews on hedge fund managers and investment firms.
• Evaluate the infrastructure, internal controls, and policies of investment managers.
• Prepare detailed operational due diligence reports and risk assessments.
• Monitor ongoing developments with existing managers.
• Engage in ad hoc projects to support the broader Alternatives platform.
• Communicate due diligence findings to decision-makers.
• Conduct on-site/virtual manager interviews.
• Maintain accountability and ensure internal deadlines are met.
• 5+ years of experience in operational due diligence.
• Strong background in assessing operational frameworks of investment firms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operational due diligence, particularly in alternative strategies.
• Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, and various hedge fund strategies.
• Ability to evaluate internal controls and compliance.
• Knowledge of key service providers in fund operations.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
