We provide a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage and scale hybrid wellness businesses—whether online, in-person, or both.

In Short

• Support our Partners (customers) with speedy, friendly responses via chat or email
• Create a magical experience for customers through Zoom calls
• Guide new Partners through onboarding and migrating processes
• Host weekly webinars
• Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
• Use empathy and transparency to turn grumpy customers into fans
• Become an expert on Arketa and educate customers
• Advocate for Partners and Arketa
• Report customer insights to improve product features

Requirements

• Great attitude and love for meeting new people
• Experience in a wellness business using industry software
• Impeccable written communication skills
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
• Clear explanation of complex issues
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Team player with a go-getter attitude
• Organized and self-sufficient
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite is a plus
• 1-2 years in Customer Support or related roles
