Overview

The Customer Care Representative at Circle will engage with customers globally, helping them to utilize Circle's offerings while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to customer experience.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Interest in learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models preferred.
  • Multilingual skills (Portuguese or Spanish) preferred.
  • Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
