In Short

Join Circle’s Treasury team to design and implement financial products.
Collaborate cross-functionally to build innovative solutions.
Manage day-to-day execution and settlement workflows.
Monitor and optimize liquidity and capital usage.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Treasury policies.
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Utilize technical skills, preferably in Python and SQL.
4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Operations.
Strong analytical skills for data trend identification.
Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Requirements

4+ years in Treasury, Finance, or Operations.
Exposure to blockchain and digital assets preferred.
Strong operational and market knowledge.
Ability to analyze large data sets.
Self-motivated and adaptable.
Proficient in Python, SQL, or similar languages.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
