BI Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a BI Data Analyst at Arkatechture, you will be responsible for the ongoing support of our BI & Analytics platform, Arkalytics, and play a crucial role in resolving incidents and assisting clients with custom development requests.

In Short

• Full-time position with remote work flexibility.
• Responsible for monitoring and triaging service desk tickets.
• Troubleshoot incidents and develop resolutions.
• Maintain active communication with clients.
• Work closely with engineers and SMEs on production support issues.
• Monitor Tableau Refreshes and ETL processes.
• Develop and test updates to SQL/View mappings.
• Provide training sessions to clients on dashboards and SQL.
• Report on tickets worked on and SLAs met.
• Engage directly with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expert in SQL.
• Strong experience with databases like Snowflake, Databricks, SQLServer, or Oracle.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to become a subject matter expert on the platform.
