In Short

• Optimize supply and demand forecast of client portfolios through data analysis and integrity.
• Develop, execute and monitor data management and business analytic processes to support project delivery.
• Model demand scenarios and determine best real estate plan to address alternative forecasts.
• Translate business intelligence into real estate insights.
• Maintain data integrity of tools used.
• Provide and communicate reporting and metrics to stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven strategies.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity for the development of models or reports.
• Work in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Utilize visualization tools to present findings effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of related work experience.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL tools and/or visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Experience with modeling spreadsheets using Power Query or Python.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
