Overview

We are seeking a skilled BI & Data Analyst to join our Solution Optimization team. In this role, you will leverage our analytics tools, products, and software to enhance customer applications and contribute to our Analytics & Insights offerings.

In Short

  • Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize customer applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to validate design choices through data.
  • Utilize data to recommend ways to increase application KPIs.
  • Conduct data-driven NLU model validations.
  • Build and provide ongoing and ad hoc reports on system performance.
  • Create custom dashboards and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify KPIs and compare performance.
  • Present reports and analyses to stakeholders.
  • Develop tools to optimize monitoring and analytics tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience as a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst.
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL.
  • Proven experience with Snowflake and data integration.
  • Strong experience with Python (pandas, numpy).
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present complex data findings clearly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional-level proficiency in English.
