• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams to understand their data needs.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
• Perform data cleaning and validation to identify and correct inconsistencies.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.
• Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data analysis and cyber security.
• Develop a structured approach to prioritizing data requests.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine utilization metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, focusing on data visualization.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Certinia CRM Analytics.
• Strong experience in ETL processes.
• Ability to leverage historical data for forecasting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
