Overview

Arine is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team of software and clinical professionals. In this role, you will report into the product team and play a key part in shaping the product strategy, design, and processes that drive our core enterprise solutions.

In Short

• Mastering and Optimizing User Workflows: Deeply understand, map, and continuously improve the end-to-end workflows within Arine’s portal.
• Driving User Satisfaction: Gather user feedback, analyze usage data, and collaborate with clinical and technical teams.
• Supporting Product Direction: Contribute to translating Arine’s strategic vision into a cohesive product roadmap.
• Collaborating with Clinical Experts: Work closely with Arine’s clinical team to ensure workflow improvements support better health outcomes.
• Prioritizing Features: Use data-driven insights and market analysis to help prioritize features.
• Defining Requirements: Synthesize client and user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Balancing Tradeoffs: Help balance features, schedules, and resources to deliver on business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management or related roles, preferably with data experience in healthcare software products and services.
• Workflow Mastery: Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize complex data flows.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.
• Technical Acumen: Comfortable with technology, development processes, and product strategy.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Customer Empathy: Eagerness to understand user challenges and deliver solutions.
• Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
