Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Product Manager at 2Brains will drive the evolution of the digital payment platform, directly impacting business OKRs such as increasing global authorization rates and reducing payment abandonment.

In Short

• Lead the evolution of the payment platform focusing on conversion, efficiency, and customer loyalty.
• Define and execute the payment roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer experience.
• Manage multidisciplinary squads (tech, fraud, UX, finance) to deliver high-impact features.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate PSPs, acquirers, networks, and local wallets in LATAM.
• Measure and optimize key KPIs: conversion, processing costs, authorization rate, and abandonment.
• Ensure resilience, security, and regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, LGPD, PSD2).

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital product management (preferably in payments).
• Background in Systems Engineering or related field.
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Prototyping and collaboration tools (Figma).
• Core competencies: aligned autonomy, analytical skills, effective communication, relationship building, customer orientation, data-driven, focus on security, and continuous learning.
