Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Haysto is the UK’s #1 complex mortgage brokerage, helping customers who don’t fit the “standard” applicant mould. We are looking for a Product Manager who will work closely with our CTO, Engineering Manager, and Product UX Designer to turn great ideas into products people love.

In Short

• Shape the product roadmap based on company goals.
• Own the backlog and manage sprint planning.
• Run engaging demos and share release notes.
• Provide regular updates on priorities and timelines.
• Maintain product documentation for clarity.
• Use competitor analysis and customer feedback to guide decisions.
• Identify AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams.
• Ensure smooth delivery of products.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Track record of delivering products in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to transform big-picture goals into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Confidence in running demos and presentations.
• Comfort with data and market research.
• Familiarity with agile practices.
• Interest in applying AI to product delivery.
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech or regulated environments.
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with product analytics tools.
• Nice to have: Exposure to CRM or workflow products.
