In Short

• Be the first point of contact for customers after contract signing.
• Proactively manage long-term, successful customer relationships.
• Act as the voice of the customer and ensure feedback is gathered.
• Identify development potentials in collaboration with the sales team.
• Resolve challenges presented by customers with professional support.
• Independently manage projects in coordination with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in customer interaction, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Ability to understand customer needs and address challenges positively.
• Excellent communication skills, both virtual and in-person.
• Reliable and personable, positively influencing conversations.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Proficient in MS Office and IT systems.
