In Short

• Be the first point of contact and advise clients on all relevant occupational medical topics.
• Conduct statutory preventive examinations directly at the client's site.
• Assist clients with research and appointment scheduling.
• Prepare and manage important documents and ensure continuous maintenance of relevant records.
• Organize and coordinate medical action offers and preventive health protection measures.
• Responsible for coordination with key account clients.
• Support the team with ideas and expertise for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completed training as a medical assistant, nurse, paramedic, or equivalent qualification with prior knowledge in occupational medicine.
• Willingness to travel to optimally advise clients on-site.
• Ability to understand client needs and identify pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in phone calls, emails, and personal conversations.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions responsibly.
• Fluency in German (native level) and good English skills are a plus.
