Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team at PACE of the Ozarks, providing direct patient care to geriatric patients and contributing to the mission of improving health and healthcare.

• Provide direct patient care to geriatric patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans.
• Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Requirements

• Associate in Applied Science Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Two years of COTA experience.
• Certification by NBCOT or eligibility to obtain a license.
• Licensed by the Arkansas State Medical Board.
• Strong background in treatment of neurologic disorders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation.
• Ability to adapt treatment plans effectively.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Marshallese preferred.
• LSVT BIG certification preferred.
