Safety Specialist (m/f) - Berlin - Remote

We are looking for a Safety Specialist or Safety Engineer (m/f) who will work from home and on-site with clients in Berlin (7-9 field services per month).

In Short

• Responsible for the entire process of basic care for our clients from initial inspections to risk assessments.
• Advise and support clients on all matters related to occupational safety and health protection.
• Be an attentive contact person for clients and assist them with their daily challenges.
• Organize and conduct training and instructions in occupational safety.
• Investigate and analyze workplace accidents, collect and evaluate investigation results, and develop preventive measures.
• Manage projects in areas such as hazardous materials management and fire protection, if qualified.
• Collaborate with our digitalization team to provide tailored digital services to clients.

Requirements

• Certified Safety Specialist or Safety Engineer (m/f).
• Open to new and digital approaches in occupational safety.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without much supervision.
• Willingness to travel to provide optimal on-site client support.
• Detail-oriented with a balance between practical and theoretical knowledge.
• Ability to understand client needs and identify pragmatic solutions.
• Fluent in German (native level); very good English is a plus.
