Overview

The Client Executive for our SPM team at Argano is responsible for acquiring new business accounts, driving sales cycles, and establishing strong client relationships. This role focuses on understanding client needs and proposing tailored business and technology services to meet those needs.

In Short

  • Focus on identifying SPM sales opportunities.
  • Prospect and generate leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing clients' unique challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
  • Negotiate with clients for efficient service delivery.
  • Work closely with product teams to develop integrated solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field, preferred.
  • 2-5 years of related experience in client service or sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of SPM and familiarity with industry-specific challenges.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
