Overview

Ardent is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team. This is a remote role, and candidates in the Washington D.C. area are encouraged to apply.

In Short

• Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions.
• Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
• Maintains and manages the client interface at senior levels.
• Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans.
• Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
• Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports.

Requirements

• Understanding of best practices in IT software development and systems implementation (Agile).
• 8+ years' experience managing IT teams in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Experience managing teams (8+) and overall revenue of $5M+.
• Experience managing Federal Government contracts.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to work autonomously.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience managing diverse functional activities.
• General finance and project management analysis skills.
