The VP, Head of Strategic Operations is responsible for leading the Strategic Operations Manager team, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and driving improvements in customer and employee experiences.

• Certified Product Management or Agile certification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to influence and present complex ideas.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in change management.
