This position involves partnering with various stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and improve customer and employee experiences within the insurance sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery and software development lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of insurance product lifecycle.
• Ability to discern operational and tech implications of strategic plans.
• Proficiency with relevant software tools is a plus.
