Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in P/C insurance.
• Strong SQL and Python skills are essential.
• Experience with R and visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing predictive models.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques such as decision trees and clustering.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects effectively.
• Education in data science, analytics, statistics, or similar fields.
