As a Production Support Operations Analyst at Arcadia, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by investigating and resolving issues reported by clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a technical, data, or support analyst.
• High proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Understanding of Agile processes.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems is a plus.
• Experience with ETL and application support is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and secure data environments is a plus.
