The Area Sales Manager (ASM) – East Spain drives sales to achieve significant targets for the Arc'teryx brand, building partnerships with key specialty and premium partners in the outdoor sports and lifestyle retail sectors.

  • Build partnerships with specialty and premium retail partners.
  • Develop joint business plans to enhance consumer experience.
  • Train retail staff on brand promise and product specifics.
  • Manage order fulfillment and in-season sales opportunities.
  • Utilize experience and data for forecasts and planning.
  • Travel 40-50% of the time within the territory.
  • Connect with the Arc'teryx community through events and activations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to attract new guests.
  • Inform and help build new commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in outdoor sales or related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Exemplary relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to sell, influence, and negotiate.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.
  • Passionate about outdoor activities.
