Overview

We're looking for a QA Automation Specialist to join our team to help build Arc and Codementor!

In Short

• Own projects to automate processes using off-the-shelf tools
• Maintain internal operations workflows
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Maintain HubSpot CRM and integrate tools
• Work with product team to QA features
• Write SQL to analyze datasets
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Research and apply new tools

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations role
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Experience with automation tools, preferably Zapier
• Experience with CRM software
• Experience owning projects with multiple stakeholders
• Great communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
