Requirements

• CPA, CA designation (or equivalent); Master’s in Taxation or LLM (Tax) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Canadian tax.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in corporate tax, international tax, and tax policy.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking capabilities.
