Overview

As a Junior Brand Designer at Apptegy, you'll have the opportunity to bring creative ideas to life while working on a diverse range of projects, from digital ads and web pages to presentations and branding materials. You'll collaborate with a dynamic marketing and creative team, ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms while developing engaging designs that make an impact.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to design digital ads, web pages, emails, and other marketing assets.
• Create consistent, high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Develop adaptable design solutions optimized for multiple platforms, including social media, web, and print.
• Collaborate with various teams across the company to design presentations in Google Slides, Keynote, and other formats.
• Work closely with the creative team to execute design projects from concept to completion.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touch points and help refine brand guidelines.
• Support the development of creative materials for campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Ensure designs are aligned with marketing objectives and effectively communicate key messages.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of design experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design work.
• A solid understanding of typography, layout, and digital design best practices.
• Ability to translate marketing goals into engaging visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• A collaborative and proactive attitude, with a passion for storytelling through design.
