As part of the product team development strategy, We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead .Net to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and maintaining our software solutions. You will lead the new fintech service team of developers, drive technical excellence, and contribute to the growth of our products. In Short

• Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable software applications.
• Lead a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean and efficient code and tests in C#/.NET.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.

Requirements

• Experience in developing cloud solutions.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Understanding: OOP, DDD, Microservices, stateless/serverless.
• 3 years of experience as a Lead .Net developer.
• Knowledge and/or desire to quickly master our core technology stack: C# 10, .net 8, WebAPI, EF Core, DI (Autofac), Azure stack: Storage (Queues, Tables, Blobs), ServiceBus, App Services, Functions/Web Jobs. Docker, Terraform, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos/MongoDB, Redis.
• Familiarity with OCR tools, including Azure AI Services will be a significant plus.
• Ability and desire to write reliable, highly efficient, scalable code (our client base is constantly growing).
• Experience with tools and acceptance of the "continuous delivery" philosophy (build systems TeamCity/Octopus, incident tracking, auto tests, logging/monitoring/alerts, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team, independence, attention to detail.
• B2 level of English (all business correspondence takes place in English).
• Russian language is a plus.
