The Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating completed meetings through outbound outreach efforts, focusing on high-value enterprise accounts.

In Short

  • Set 4+ completed meetings per month through outbound calls and emails.
  • Maintain high daily activity levels with 85+ calls and 30+ emails/LinkedIn touches.
  • Own and manage a lead set of high-value prospects.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop sales strategies.
  • Deliver 4 qualified meetings to the Enterprise AE each month.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Engage with potential enterprise prospects at tradeshows.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage and nurture leads effectively.
  • Experience in account-based sales strategies.
  • Willingness to engage with C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with market intelligence and trends.
