Senior Product Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Support Engineer at Appfire, you will assist, diagnose, troubleshoot, and deliver effective solutions to customer technical issues related to business-class products and Atlassian products.

In Short

• Diagnose and solve technical problems associated with Appfire Apps.
• Gain experience in SaaS, Virtual Environments, AWS, Azure, and Docker.
• Apply CI/CD skills to integrate Appfire apps and Atlassian tools.
• Provide technical guidance and issue-resolution support.
• Research and identify solutions to complex software product support issues.
• Knowledge of Groovy, JavaScript, or Python is a plus.
• Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
• Collaborate with technical architects and leads.
• Work with customers on escalated issues.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Scripting, database, and systems skills.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience as a system or Application Support Engineer.
• 3+ years as an application or system administrator in a collaborative role.
• B.E/B.Tech or MCA, or a comparable discipline.
• Knowledge of Atlassian products is highly desirable.
