Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System/Application Support Engineer.
• 3+ years as an application/system administrator in a collaborative role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Atlassian products is highly desirable.
• B.E/B.Tech or MCA or comparable discipline.
• Experience with scripting, databases, and systems.
• Ability to adapt to new business demands.
• Coaching and mentoring skills.
• Experience in remote/hybrid environments.
