Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help craft the future of its CRM product, focusing on user-centric solutions and collaboration within a squad of Product Managers and Engineers.

In Short

• Work with Product Managers to brainstorm and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineers for design hand-offs and QA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing enterprise-level SaaS products.
• Strong systems thinking and problem deconstruction skills.
• Knowledge of design best practices and user experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Figma for component creation.
• Strong learner focused on customer experience improvement.
• Experimentation-oriented with user interview skills.
