  • Hire, lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure sales operations are running efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience managing customer-facing sales cycles.
  • Good standing in performance with consistent quota attainment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and expertise in prioritization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with perseverance.
