Product Manager I - US Based Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at Cartus, a business line at Anywhere Real Estate, you will work closely with business partners, engineers, and UX to improve the lives of our clients (employers offering relocation benefits) and consumers (employees receiving relocation benefits). You will have the opportunity to define the vision and execution of innovative relocation management tools and reimagine Cartus’ existing relocation products and services.

In Short

• Oversee a product, feature, and/or system independently; own your product vision, strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators.
• Responsible for quarterly planning for your focus areas, including presenting plans to leadership in quarterly roadmap meetings.
• Help define and build new capabilities. Act as the voice of the user in feature and/or API/microservice design, gathering direct feedback and requirements.
• Innovate in close collaboration with product, technology, UX, business SMEs, and account management teams to solve stakeholder needs through a data-driven approach.
• Engage with stakeholders, both directly & indirectly, in formal and informal opportunities from video calls to in person office visits to connect directly with them.
• Lead product development collaborating with an engineering scrum team.
• Write epics and stories in Jira, use Figma/Miro for elaboration and collaboration online with your team members, and document your product/feature designs in Confluence.
• Operate in a matrixed organization that relies on support from other teams to accomplish your product goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred; or demonstrated track record of successful work experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product management or related roles defining product requirements and building successful solutions with a demonstrated impact. A focus on API and data is a plus.
• Experience with modern product management frameworks and technology methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in product management roles building and launching successful digital products and tools.
• Experience working with remote team members across diverse time zones.
• Ability to influence others, deliver results, and earn trust quickly.
• Talent Mobility industry knowledge preferred but not required.
