Payments Manager (Remote- US Based)

Overview

As the Payments Manager for our Petcare vertical solution, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the payments function of our business.

In Short

• Provide strategic leadership for the Payments function.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Payments strategies.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and residuals analysis.
• Measure and report on payments KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams.
• Drive operational efficiencies within Payments processes.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in Finance or Data Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Payments-related roles.
• Strong grasp of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work with urgency and changing priorities.
• Superior quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView.
