Title Production Manager - US Based Remote

Overview

Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a Title Production Manager to oversee the production teams supporting our regional title settlement business operations primarily in Missouri and Illinois. The Title Production Manager will have responsibility for the day-to-day title operations team to support of the Company’s goals and strategies.

In Short

• Provide leadership and support to a team of Title Searchers, Title Examiners and Title Specialist.
• Prioritize the team to ensure top quality results are achieved.
• Review and evaluate job performance of the team.
• Lead all daily processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with our service metrics.
• Provide technical guidance on title issues.
• Supervise employee workload and assign and redistribute as appropriate.
• Maintain quality of work of the employees through observation, reporting and coaching.
• Ensure that the team maintains very high employee engagement.
• Lead employees as appropriate to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support all recruiting, on-boarding, new hire training efforts for the operation.

Requirements

• Education - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of prior supervisory or management/business management experience.
• Full knowledge of Missouri title Insurance practices and examination standards, exposure to Illinois title Insurance practices and examination standards.
• Exposure to various Title Plant softwares such as TIMS, Laredo.
• Missouri Title Insurance Producers License required.
• Illinois Title Professional license preferred.
• Interpersonal influencing and relationship building.
• Analysis, good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn new technical applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
