Commercial Sales Specialist - Central Florida Region, United States (Remote)

Overview

The Commercial Sales Specialist participates in and supports sales management efforts, by assisting the Commercial Director in a range of agent recruiting, agent training, and agent support activities. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong focus on achieving exceptional results along with a relentless focus on talent.

In Short

• Assist the Regional Commercial Director in recruitment of new and experienced commercial sales agents.
• Support agent needs on an ad hoc basis to add value to the agent experience.
• Lead educational classes for sales agents on available technology and resources.
• Assist Commercial Director with agent coaching and transactions.
• Three or more years of commercial real estate sales experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to effectively recruit sales agents and communicate the company’s value proposition.
• Must be proficient with technology tools and teaching agents.
• Must have a valid Real Estate or Broker’s license.
• This is a full-time position with a base salary and commission opportunity.

Requirements

• Three or more years of commercial real estate sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively recruit sales agents.
• Ability to present trainings to sales associates.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with technology tools.
• Valid Real Estate or Broker’s license required.
