Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D.)
• 2 years of collection experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to exceed performance expectations consistently.
• Self-motivated and able to follow directions.
• Knowledge of skip tracing and asset searches preferred.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and resolve issues.
• Must understand and apply terms of client contracts.
• Ability to notate and pursue successful resolution of defaults.
