Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D.).
• 2 years of collection experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to take direction and be self-motivated.
• Knowledge of skip tracing and asset searches preferred.
• Must exceed daily, weekly, and monthly expectations.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with clients.
• Compliance with all laws associated with recovery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
