Overview

Anthropos is a modern solution that helps companies hire, assess and upskill their people with real-life scenarios. We call our technology AI Simulations. Our goal is to help technical and customer facing teams adopt it to better verify and upskills their people, with scenarios where they need to solve problems, collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues and ultimately proved their soft and hard skills.

In Short

  • Work with the founder and account executive to define targeting strategy.
  • Execute daily outreach with at least 50 calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Conduct weekly research on companies and prospects.
  • Learn to demo the product at Anthropos.
  • Previous experience targeting US companies is required.
  • Familiarity with training and assessment products is preferred.
  • Strong discipline and motivation to succeed.
  • Customer-first mentality is essential.
  • Soft skills are prioritized over hard skills.
  • Work closely with founders and sales team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience targeting companies in the US is a must.
  • Familiarity with products and solutions in the training and assessment world is a strong preference.
  • Perfect written and spoken English.
  • Strong discipline, motivation, and desire to win.
  • Independent and proactive mentality.
  • Sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Customer-first mentality.
  • Strong work ethic and creativity.
