Staff Technical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Staff Technical Project Manager (Staff TPM) will serve as a key member of Anthology’s Engineering Operations (EngOps) team and will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to critical strategic and operational initiatives intended to have broad and systemic impact within the Technology Organization (Tech Org) and across the company.

• Lead and participate in projects associated with AI tools within the Tech Org.
• Facilitate and improve product and technology planning, prioritization, and budgeting processes.
• Develop insights and data visualizations for strategic decision making.
• Enhance company-wide CapEx processes and reporting.
• Streamline knowledge and content management processes.
• Manage and evolve the Tech Org’s information architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues in project management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adapt to an evolving environment and manage change effectively.

Requirements

• At least 8 years in a project management-oriented role.
• Familiarity with software development, IT, and information security.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects from inception to closure.
• Experience with content or knowledge management systems.
• Ability to use data for process measurement and insights.
• Problem-solving skills with minimal guidance.
• Capable of collaborating with globally distributed teams.
• Comfortable working with all organizational levels.
• Adaptable to change and ambiguity.
