Overview

The Fixed-Term Staffing Assistant will support the Student Success team by performing interviews, onboarding tasks, and ensuring data accuracy in recruiting systems.

• Respond to candidate inquiries regarding hiring processes.
• Generate weekly reports on onboarding metrics.
• Handle multiple tasks and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English (CEFR C1 or above).
• Experience with MS Office, Excel, and Word.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Must work in a distraction-free home environment.
• Ability to take inbound calls in a conversation-heavy environment.
